Cairo is a fictional character created by AveryEclipse. It was officially introduced on 17 March 2025, after months of planning, continuous experimentation with designs, and draw practicing which initially began as early as November 2024.

It had mainly been used as part of the Clyron Branding, though separate drawings have been thought but either cancelled or forgotten about. The OC has largely became unused since May 2025.

Plans for an revised OC exist since as early as November 2025 but nothing much has been concretely publicly set in stone yet.

Physical appearance

Cairo’s body skin is predominantly light gray, with darker shade spots seen around their knees and ears. Additionally, they also wear glasses (though they became optional in early April 2025, alongside a name change from the initial Kairo name to Cairo).

At the time of Cairo’s introduction in early 2025, Avery, then known as Clyron, considered them an “anthropomorphic cat that has human characteristics” in chats. Though in reality as seen from the actual drawings, Cairo is a catgirl.

Lore

According to Cairo’s ClyronWebsite page (taken down in July 2025 with KayWebsite v3.0’s release), they are “socially shy and most times will not start a casual conversation first due to this. Though, if you do talk with them sufficiently and nicely, they can become your friend.”

Also according to the same source, Cairo is primarily passionate about anything tech-related, enjoys anything natural sights and travelling, and they try to be caring of anything surrounding them.
